We accept returns only if the product is damaged, defective, or significantly different from what was described.
To be eligible for a return, you must notify us within 7 days of receiving your order.
The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.
Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days.
Shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable.
Orders can only be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase as processing begins immediately. After this window, we cannot guarantee cancellation.
We do not accept returns or refunds for:
Change of mind after purchase
Incorrect size/color ordered (unless supplier error)
Items on sale or clearance
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company or bank.
